HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Your membership will be automatically activated upon successful payment. You will receive your personal member number with your membership details by email within 24 hours.


What happens once I become a member?

A phone call or a meeting is systematically set up for the new members. During this call or meeting, your lifestyle manager will introduce him/herself and consider your preferences to fulfill your expectations. By getting to know you personally, we will be able to provide you with the most tailored services.


How do I contact my lifestyle manager?

Your lifestyle manager is available by phone, email, WhatsApp or Telegram.


How do I pay for my services?

With the aim of facilitating the financial transactions for the services that you desire and for practical reasons and time-saving, we recommend our members to memorize their credit card on our secure server. This is done by a signed agreement, named “Credit Card Authorization Form“ (In certain cases, your credit card number is necessary within the framework of guarantee deposit or for reservations with a cancellation policy.) Therefore, we will be authorized to use your credit card for any service requested during the term of your membership. Before any payment, we will need your approval by telephone (recorded) or by email (registered). If you prefer to pay for some of your services or goods by bank transfer, we’ll send you an invoice with bank details. After approval, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation with the corresponding invoice and the bank receipt.


What happens if my concierge cannot fulfil a specific request?

Luxury Worldwide Service is committed to implementing all the necessary means to respond to its members. In the event that a request cannot be met, your concierge will always suggest the best possible alternatives.


Are there any requests that my concierge is not able to provide?

The only limits are those relating to the different legislations.


Does my membership have a minimum duration?

Yes, the subscription to Luxury Worldwide Service is for a minimum period of one year.


What if I need to update my personal details?

To update personal information, such as your name, address, email or phone number, please get in touch with your concierge.


Can I purchase a membership as a gift?

Yes, please contact with our team at membership@luxuryworldwideservice.com for further assistance.


Can I upgrade my membership?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time.


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment by credit card or bank transfer.

Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club International, JCB and UnionPay.


Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, in accordance with article L121-20 of the consumer code (modified by the Hamon law of 2014), you have fourteen (14) clear days, from the day after the confirmation of membership, to exercise your right of withdrawal by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.


Do you provide one-off services?

We only cater for the needs of our approved members. At this moment, we do not provide any services to non-members nor the public in general.
